- Basmati rice (cooked)250 g
- Carrot80 g
- Green beans80 g
- Onion60 g
- Garam masala5 g
- Ghee12 g
- Garlic6 g
- Tomato80 g
Instructions
- Heat ghee in a wide pan over medium heat.
- Sauté sliced onion until golden brown, about 6 min.
- Add garlic and garam masala, fry 30 seconds.
- Add diced carrot, green beans and tomato, cook 8 min.
- Fold cooked basmati rice gently into the vegetables.
- Cover and steam on low heat 5 min, then serve.
