  2. Sauté sliced onion until golden brown, about 6 min.
  3. Add garlic and garam masala, fry 30 seconds.
  4. Add diced carrot, green beans and tomato, cook 8 min.
  5. Fold cooked basmati rice gently into the vegetables.
  6. Cover and steam on low heat 5 min, then serve.
