Ingredients
- Ladyfingers40 g
- Mascarpone45 g
- Heavy cream20 g
- Sugar (white)15 g
- Espresso30 g
- Cocoa powder (unsweetened)3 g
Instructions
- Brew the espresso, stir in half the sugar and let it cool completely.
- Whip the heavy cream with the remaining sugar until soft peaks form.
- Fold the mascarpone into the whipped cream until smooth and creamy.
- Dip each ladyfinger briefly in the cooled coffee — do not soak.
- Layer half the soaked biscuits in a small glass, then half the cream.
- Repeat with the remaining biscuits and cream, smooth the top.
- Chill at least 4 hours, then dust with cocoa powder before serving.
