  2. Sear salmon skin-side down 4 min in hot pan.
  3. Flip salmon, cook 3 more min, basting with remaining sauce.
  4. Meanwhile steam broccoli florets 5 min until bright green.
  5. Plate rice, top with salmon and broccoli alongside.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
