Ingredients
- Salmon fillet150 g
- Teriyaki sauce30 g
- White rice (cooked)200 g
- Broccoli100 g
- Sesame seeds5 g
Instructions
- Pat salmon fillet dry and brush with half the teriyaki sauce.
- Sear salmon skin-side down 4 min in hot pan.
- Flip salmon, cook 3 more min, basting with remaining sauce.
- Meanwhile steam broccoli florets 5 min until bright green.
- Plate rice, top with salmon and broccoli alongside.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
