- Bulgur (cooked)150 g
- Parsley (fresh)40 g
- Mint (fresh)10 g

Instructions
- Cook bulgur according to package; let cool.
- Finely chop parsley and mint leaves.
- Dice tomato and cucumber into small cubes.
