- Lean ground beef (90/10)100 g
- White rice (cooked)130 g
- Tomato sauce60 g

Instructions
- Halve bell peppers, remove seeds; finely chop onion.
- Heat olive oil, sauté onion until soft, then add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Mix cooked beef and onion with cooked rice and tomato sauce.
- Fill each bell pepper half generously with the prepared mixture.
- Place stuffed peppers in a baking dish and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30-35 minutes.
