  1. Halve bell peppers, remove seeds; finely chop onion.
  2. Heat olive oil, sauté onion until soft, then add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Mix cooked beef and onion with cooked rice and tomato sauce.
  4. Fill each bell pepper half generously with the prepared mixture.
  5. Place stuffed peppers in a baking dish and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30-35 minutes.
