  1. Boil peeled potatoes 15 minutes. Add washed kale on top for the last 8 minutes.
  2. Drain, then mash everything together with the warm milk and butter. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  3. Meanwhile heat the rookworst gently in water (do not boil) for 15 minutes. Slice and serve on top of the stamppot with a well of gravy or mustard.
