- Potato300 g
- Curly kale200 g
- Butter20 g
- Whole milk50 g
- Smoked sausage (rookworst)75 g
Instructions
- Boil peeled potatoes 15 minutes. Add washed kale on top for the last 8 minutes.
- Drain, then mash everything together with the warm milk and butter. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Meanwhile heat the rookworst gently in water (do not boil) for 15 minutes. Slice and serve on top of the stamppot with a well of gravy or mustard.
