  1. Place nori sheet on bamboo mat, shiny side down.
  2. Spread cooked sushi rice evenly over nori with wet hands.
  3. Place salmon, cucumber and avocado strips along one edge.
  4. Roll tightly using the mat, pressing as you go.
  5. Slice roll into 6 even pieces with a wet sharp knife.
  6. Serve with soy sauce for dipping.
