- Sushi rice (cooked, seasoned)180 g
- Salmon (raw, sushi-grade)80 g
- Nori sheet3 g
- Cucumber40 g
- Avocado40 g
- Soy sauce10 g
Instructions
- Place nori sheet on bamboo mat, shiny side down.
- Spread cooked sushi rice evenly over nori with wet hands.
- Place salmon, cucumber and avocado strips along one edge.
- Roll tightly using the mat, pressing as you go.
- Slice roll into 6 even pieces with a wet sharp knife.
- Serve with soy sauce for dipping.
