Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line a tart tin with pastry.
- Blind-bake the crust for 10 minutes with weights.
- Sauté chopped onion and bacon lardons until lightly golden.
- Whisk eggs with heavy cream, season with salt and pepper.
- Spread bacon mixture in the crust, pour the egg cream over.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and bake 30 minutes until set.
- Let rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
