  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line a tart tin with pastry.
  2. Blind-bake the crust for 10 minutes with weights.
  3. Sauté chopped onion and bacon lardons until lightly golden.
  4. Whisk eggs with heavy cream, season with salt and pepper.
  5. Spread bacon mixture in the crust, pour the egg cream over.
  6. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake 30 minutes until set.
  7. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
