Instructions
- Pound pork chop between plastic wrap to 0.5cm thick.
- Set up three plates: flour, beaten egg, bread crumbs.
- Coat pork in flour, then egg, then bread crumbs, pressing firmly.
- Heat olive oil in pan, fry schnitzel 3-4 minutes per side until golden.
- Warm cooked potatoes in pan or microwave.
- Serve schnitzel with potatoes and lemon wedges on the side.
