Ingredients
- Pelmeni dough80 g
- Lean ground beef (90/10)100 g
- Onion30 g
- Garlic5 g
- Butter10 g
- Sour cream30 g
- Dill (fresh)3 g
Instructions
- Mix ground beef with finely chopped onion, minced garlic and salt until sticky.
- Roll out the dough thinly and cut small rounds about 6 cm across.
- Place a teaspoon of filling on each round, fold and seal edges, then join corners.
- Drop pelmeni into salted boiling water and cook 5–7 minutes until they float and dough is tender.
- Drain, toss with melted butter and serve topped with sour cream and chopped dill.
