  1. Mix ground beef with finely chopped onion, minced garlic and salt until sticky.
  2. Roll out the dough thinly and cut small rounds about 6 cm across.
  3. Place a teaspoon of filling on each round, fold and seal edges, then join corners.
  4. Drop pelmeni into salted boiling water and cook 5–7 minutes until they float and dough is tender.
  5. Drain, toss with melted butter and serve topped with sour cream and chopped dill.
