Ingredients
- Potato120 g
- Carrot60 g
- Egg50 g
- Boiled chicken breast80 g
- Pickled cucumber50 g
- Green peas (canned)40 g
- Mayonnaise35 g
Instructions
- Boil potatoes and carrots in their skins until tender (~20 min). Hard-boil eggs 10 minutes. Cool completely.
- Dice everything into 7-8 mm cubes — same size for elegance: potato, carrot, eggs, chicken, pickles.
- Combine with the drained peas and mayonnaise. Salt and pepper to taste. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
