Ingredients
- Miso paste30 g
- Tofu (firm)150 g
- Nori sheet5 g
- Scallions15 g
Instructions
- Bring 500 ml water to a gentle simmer.
- Cut tofu into small cubes; slice scallions thin.
- Add tofu cubes and torn nori to the water.
- Reduce heat; do NOT boil after this point.
- Whisk miso paste in a ladle of warm broth, stir back in.
- Top with scallions and serve immediately.
