  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and butter a deep baking dish.
  2. Spread a thin layer of ragù on the bottom, then alternate lasagne sheets, ragù, béchamel and grated Parmesan in 5–6 layers.
  3. Finish with béchamel and a generous dusting of Parmesan on top.
  4. Bake for 35–40 minutes until bubbling and golden on top. Rest 10 minutes before cutting.
