- Lasagne sheets (dry)50 g
- Ragù alla bolognese180 g
- Béchamel sauce80 g
- Parmesan20 g
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and butter a deep baking dish.
- Spread a thin layer of ragù on the bottom, then alternate lasagne sheets, ragù, béchamel and grated Parmesan in 5–6 layers.
- Finish with béchamel and a generous dusting of Parmesan on top.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until bubbling and golden on top. Rest 10 minutes before cutting.
