  1. Sauté chopped onion and garlic in olive oil until soft.
  2. Add ground beef, brown thoroughly, then pour in tomato sauce.
  3. Simmer the ragù for 20 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Layer noodles, ragù and mozzarella in a baking dish, repeat.
  5. Top with grated parmesan and bake at 190°C for 25 minutes.
  6. Rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
