Ingredients
- Lasagna noodles (cooked)120 g
- Lean ground beef (90/10)120 g
- Tomato sauce120 g
- Mozzarella50 g
- Parmesan cheese20 g
- Onion40 g
- Garlic5 g
Instructions
- Sauté chopped onion and garlic in olive oil until soft.
- Add ground beef, brown thoroughly, then pour in tomato sauce.
- Simmer the ragù for 20 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
- Layer noodles, ragù and mozzarella in a baking dish, repeat.
- Top with grated parmesan and bake at 190°C for 25 minutes.
- Rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
