  1. Halve the avocado, remove the pit and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
  2. Mash the avocado with a fork until creamy but still slightly chunky.
  3. Squeeze in the lemon juice and add finely chopped onion.
  4. Quarter the cherry tomatoes and fold into the guacamole gently.
  5. Cut cucumber and carrot into long sticks for dipping.
  6. Serve the guacamole in the middle with crudités arranged around.
