Ingredients
- Avocado100 g
- Lemon10 g
- Onion15 g
- Cherry tomato40 g
- Cucumber80 g

Instructions
- Halve the avocado, remove the pit and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
- Mash the avocado with a fork until creamy but still slightly chunky.
- Squeeze in the lemon juice and add finely chopped onion.
- Quarter the cherry tomatoes and fold into the guacamole gently.
- Cut cucumber and carrot into long sticks for dipping.
- Serve the guacamole in the middle with crudités arranged around.
