- Back bacon50 g
- Cumberland sausage60 g

Instructions
- Heat a large heavy pan over medium. Fry the sausages 6 minutes turning every 90 seconds.
- Add bacon, halved tomato (cut-side down) and mushrooms. Cook 4 minutes, flip the tomato.
- Warm the beans in a small pan. Fry the eggs sunny-side-up in the bacon fat. Toast the bread.
- Plate everything in distinct piles. Serve with HP brown sauce or ketchup and tea on the side.
