Ingredients
- White fish (sea bass / cod, raw)180 g
- Lime40 g
- Red onion40 g
- Cilantro / Coriander (fresh)10 g
- Jalapeño10 g
- Tomato60 g
Instructions
- Dice raw fish into 1cm cubes, place in glass bowl.
- Squeeze lime juice over fish, ensure pieces are covered.
- Refrigerate 15 minutes until fish turns opaque white.
- Finely dice red onion, tomato, jalapeño and chop cilantro.
- Drain excess lime juice, mix fish with vegetables and salt.
- Serve cold immediately, ideally with tortilla chips.
