Instructions

  1. Warm pita bread in a dry pan or oven for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Reheat falafel balls in oven at 180C for 5 minutes until crisp.
  3. Dice cucumber and tomato, chop parsley finely.
  4. Spread hummus on plate, arrange falafel, pita and vegetables around.
  5. Drizzle tahini over the plate and sprinkle with parsley.
