Ingredients
- Falafel ball (fried)100 g
- Pita bread60 g
- Hummus50 g
- Tahini15 g
- Cucumber50 g
- Tomato60 g
- Parsley (fresh)10 g
Instructions
- Warm pita bread in a dry pan or oven for 1-2 minutes.
- Reheat falafel balls in oven at 180C for 5 minutes until crisp.
- Dice cucumber and tomato, chop parsley finely.
- Spread hummus on plate, arrange falafel, pita and vegetables around.
- Drizzle tahini over the plate and sprinkle with parsley.
