Ingredients
- Edamame (cooked)150 g
- Sesame oil4 g
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to boil and add the edamame in pods.
- Boil for 4-5 minutes until tender but still bright green.
- Drain the edamame in a colander and shake off excess water.
- Transfer to a serving bowl while still warm.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle generously with sea salt.
- Eat by squeezing the beans out of the pods directly into your mouth.
