  1. Bring a pot of water to boil and add the edamame in pods.
  2. Boil for 4-5 minutes until tender but still bright green.
  3. Drain the edamame in a colander and shake off excess water.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl while still warm.
  5. Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle generously with sea salt.
  6. Eat by squeezing the beans out of the pods directly into your mouth.
