Ingredients
- Yellow lentils (cooked)180 g
- Kidney beans (cooked)80 g
- Tomato puree100 g
- Butter15 g
- Garam masala4 g
- Onion60 g
- Garlic6 g
Instructions
- Melt butter in a pot; sauté onion and garlic until golden.
- Stir in garam masala and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add tomato puree, cook 5 min until oil separates.
- Stir in lentils, kidney beans and 200 ml water.
- Simmer covered 20 min, stirring occasionally.
- Mash some lentils for creaminess, season with salt.
