Ingredients
- Ramen noodles (cooked)200 g
- Chicken breast150 g
- Egg (whole)50 g
- Scallions15 g
- Miso paste20 g
- Soy sauce10 g
- White mushroom40 g
Instructions
- Simmer chicken breast in salted water 15 min, slice thinly.
- Soft-boil egg 7 min, peel and halve.
- Whisk miso and soy sauce into 400 ml hot chicken broth.
- Sauté sliced mushrooms in a dry pan until golden.
- Place noodles in bowl, pour broth over.
- Top with chicken, egg, mushrooms and scallions.
