Ingredients
- Chicken breast180 g
- Olive oil12 g
- Lemon juice15 g
- Red onion60 g
- Red bell pepper80 g
- Parsley (fresh)8 g

Instructions
- Cut chicken into 3cm cubes, place in bowl.
- Mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic and parsley; marinate chicken 15 minutes.
- Cut red onion and bell pepper into chunks.
- Thread chicken, onion and pepper alternately onto skewers.
- Grill skewers 10-12 minutes, turning, until chicken is cooked through.
