- Wheat tortilla120 g
- Cheddar cheese30 g
- Mozzarella30 g
- Onion30 g
- Jalapeño15 g
Instructions
- Thinly slice onion and jalapeño.
- Place tortilla in dry pan over medium heat.
- Sprinkle cheddar, mozzarella, onion and jalapeño over half of tortilla.
- Fold tortilla in half, press gently with spatula.
- Cook 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cheese melts.
- Cut into wedges and serve hot.
