  1. Cut chicken thigh into bite-size pieces, season with salt.
  2. Melt butter, sauté onion and garlic 4 min until soft.
  3. Add garam masala, stir 30 seconds, then add chicken.
  4. Brown chicken 5 min, then pour in tomato puree.
  5. Simmer 15 min until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Stir in cream, simmer 2 more min and serve.
