- Chicken thigh180 g
- Tomato puree120 g
- Cream (Indian-style)60 g
- Butter15 g
- Onion50 g
- Garlic6 g
- Garam masala4 g
Instructions
- Cut chicken thigh into bite-size pieces, season with salt.
- Melt butter, sauté onion and garlic 4 min until soft.
- Add garam masala, stir 30 seconds, then add chicken.
- Brown chicken 5 min, then pour in tomato puree.
- Simmer 15 min until chicken is cooked through.
- Stir in cream, simmer 2 more min and serve.
