Instructions
- Slice beef sirloin into thin strips and chop all vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat sesame oil in a large pan or wok over high heat, then stir-fry the beef until browned.
- Remove the beef, then add the chopped broccoli, bell pepper, carrot, and onion to the pan.
- Stir-fry the vegetables for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp, then return the beef to the pan.
- Pour in the soy sauce, toss everything to combine, and cook for another minute.
