  3. Remove the beef, then add the chopped broccoli, bell pepper, carrot, and onion to the pan.
  4. Stir-fry the vegetables for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp, then return the beef to the pan.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce, toss everything to combine, and cook for another minute.
  6. Serve the beef stir-fry hot over the cooked white rice.
