Ingredients
- Salmon fillet180 g
- Broccoli200 g
- Olive oil10 g
- Garlic5 g
- Lemon juice15 g
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Cut the broccoli into florets, toss with half the olive oil, minced garlic, salt and pepper, and spread on one side of the tray.
- Place the salmon fillet on the other side of the tray. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily and the broccoli is lightly browned.
- Serve the salmon alongside the broccoli directly from the tray.
