  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the broccoli into florets, toss with half the olive oil, minced garlic, salt and pepper, and spread on one side of the tray.
  3. Place the salmon fillet on the other side of the tray. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for 18–20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily and the broccoli is lightly browned.
  5. Serve the salmon alongside the broccoli directly from the tray.
